Agent 22 / local audio notes
SONG//TAP LOG
Mark the exact moments that catch your brain. Tap the button or press Space; every hit is recorded against the song clock to the nearest millisecond.
Capture session
millisecond clockAudio Map / exact recording decoder
Choose an accessible local song file. The browser decodes it into timestamped acoustic measurements, binds the session to its SHA-256, and never uploads or stores the audio bytes.
Start session resets the selected recording to 00:00 and locks taps to its media clock. Existing manual-clock capture remains available when no audio is selected.
Hearing → tap response calibration
The site plays one warm-up plus 12 unpredictable local clicks. Tap as soon as each click is heard. This measures the complete output + auditory response + input chain used for onset alignment; it is not a BPM test.
First play the three immediate output-test clicks and confirm you heard them. Then keep the same speakers or headphones and use one input method for calibration and song capture. No visual onset cue is shown. A steady metronome is intentionally avoided because predictable timing measures anticipation.
Use Space or the button to mark individual moments.
Audio Map 2.0 session conditions + optional sensors
These fields are evidence, not inferred traits. Natural Space tapping remains the default. MIDI, split-key, and motion capture are opt-in and remain local.
Set the length and identity fields before you begin. Blank or unknown identity values remain blank. Markers record only the label you choose; no musical meaning is inferred. The capture stops automatically at the end and is kept as a local resumable draft.

plain textThe TXT file contains the song identity, duration, capture mode, statistics, and every exact event timestamp. It is generated locally on this Mac.

Portable master
versioned JSON / local onlyJSON master export is lossless for retained sessions, exact timestamps, identity, markers, raw input evidence, and questionnaire fields. Import is reviewed before it changes local storage.
Descriptive comparison
explicit selection requiredSelect two retained sessions and enter calibration metadata for both. The output describes timing association only; it does not prove synchronized causation.
